No matter who we send; someone who volunteers to go will not have the purest of intentions once they get there. I suggest that given the level of suffering and need going on there now, that we send as much as we possibly can.
Doctors, nurses, food, money, clothing.......whatever; but plenty of it and pretty damned quick!!!
