Sometimes when times are tight, we tend to rely on people that aren't necessarily up for the job they've been tasked with.
But then again, who says these two can't accomplish anything?!? After all, one of them went out of his way to ruin a very successful presidency and the other snatched a war out of what should have been a peaceful time for our country.
I'm sure they can do anything they put their minds to.
