The U.S. is sending in Army Airborne and U.S. Marines. These military units are not designed for any type humanitarian work, they are killer units. It would have been better if they sent in no military at all, but since they are I would have thought the President would send in National Guard, Army Combat Engineers or Navy Construction Battalion (C-Bees.)
